If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If you’ve already received the package, please refer to our 30-Day Return Policy below. Return shipping costs will apply.

You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Requirements:

Items must be disassembled and repackaged in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

Quality-related returns: Lumisonata covers the return shipping cost.
Non-quality-related returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns: Any returns made outside the approved warranty process may incur additional costs.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.
