You can cancel your order at no cost. No cancellation fees will apply.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

  • If you’ve already received the package, please refer to our 30-Day Return Policy below. Return shipping costs will apply.

30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Requirements:

  • Items must be disassembled and repackaged in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

  • Once approved, we will provide the return address.

  • Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories; missing components may affect the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality-related returns: Lumisonata covers the return shipping cost.

  • Non-quality-related returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Unauthorized returns: Any returns made outside the approved warranty process may incur additional costs.

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.

Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
