How do l know if my order is confirmed?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — but only before your order has been shipped.
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12–24 hours after purchase
- Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible

Can l change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
Once the package is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed for security reasons.
Can l change my billing address after placing my order?
Yes. If you need to update your billing address, please contact us promptly.

Why was my order canceled?

How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on usage and brightness level:

Is the battery removable?
Yes. All light-up garments feature a removable battery module for easy charging and washing.(Batteries in small bags, hats, hair clips, bow ties, ties, and other special products are not removable.)
Will the lights stop working over time?
With proper use and care, our LED fiber technology is designed for long-term durability.
To extend lifespan:
- Avoid excessive bending at lighting points
- Follow washing and charging instructions
Do the lights work in daylight?
Yes, but the lighting effects are most visible in low-light or nighttime environments.

Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards.
